Nicole joined LearnWell in 2011 as a part-time teacher in NY at a medical facility, working 1:1 with students’ bedside and quickly stepped into a full-time role on the pediatric and adolescent psychiatric unit. After one year in the classroom, Nicole began to grow into a leadership role with LearnWell helping to hire, train and support our teachers across our NY and NJ locations and eventually stepping into a Regional Manager role.

In 2022, Nicole transitioned to LearnWell’s human resources team as a recruiter. Recruitment has always been a part of Nicole’s previous positions, and she has had great success hiring A player talent. Her experience with hiring, leadership and mentorship makes her a valuable part of the LearnWell team.

Nicole graduated from the Buffalo State University with dual certification in Early Childhood and Childhood Education. In her free time, she spends time with her friends and family, including her 2 children. Nicole loves Pilates, boating, traveling, and cooking.
