Cara Sullivan joined LearnWell in March of 2026 and brings 15 years of special education expertise and executive leadership. Prior to joining LearnWell, Cara spent over a decade leading educational and organizational operations across multiple therapeutic day schools, specializing in administrative oversight, regulatory compliance, and student-centered growth.

Cara holds Master of Education degrees in Education Administration & Supervision and Special Education, alongside a Graduate Certification as a Transition Specialist from Illinois State University. She maintains comprehensive professional credentials, including her Special Education License, Principal License, and Superintendent License.

Outside of her professional work, Cara enjoys spending quality time with her family, hanging out with her cat, and cheering on Chicago sports teams.
