Madison joined the company in August 2014 as a NY teacher. She is certified in grades K-12 with a Bachelor’s degree in TESOL education. In her early LearnWell years, she supported academic services for inpatient medical and psychiatric facilities as a full-time graduate student at night. With a Master’s degree in Teacher Leadership she stepped into a leadership role with the company in 2018.

Outside of work, Madison practices her hobbies of piano and foreign languages or spends time at local beaches to recharge. Coming from a blended family, her many siblings have contributed to her adaptability and passion to learn from others. She loves working with people of all ages and backgrounds and has built a strong network of professionals from her experiences in teaching operations.
