Rewards Program

1. Eligibility

• Referring party must be a current LearnWell hospital partner in good standing, either on a paid services contract or engaged in a no-cost program partnership.
• Referred facilities must be new to LearnWell and not currently in contract discussions or engaged with LearnWell in the past 6 months.

2. How to Refer

• Referrals must be submitted through the official Client Referral Form linked in the referral email or shared directly by your LearnWell representative.
• Multiple referrals are permitted; however, each referral must be submitted separately.

3. Reward Details

• For Paid Program Clients: When a referred facility signs a paid service agreement with LearnWell, both the referring facility and the new facility will receive one month of service at no charge up to $10K.
• For No-Cost Program Clients: When a referred facility signs a service agreement with LearnWell, both the referring and referred facilities will receive one LearnWell Summer Program (2026) at no cost up to $10K.
• Referred Facility chooses a virtual solution: All previous terms are void and LearnWell will award $500 to the Referring party.

4. Reward Fulfillment

• Rewards will be applied after the referred facility has signed a service agreementand completed a minimum of 30 days of active service.
• The free month or summer program must be used within 12 months of being earned.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

5. Program Duration & Changes

• LearnWell reserves the right to end or modify this referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Any referrals received before the program ends will still be honored under the terms in effect at the time of referral submission.
